You know, I actually read that Ginny/Harry one before I wrote my story, but it only occurred to me midway that part of the appeal was exactly that thing you're talking about - encounters between people who know each other very, very well...but only one of them remembers it. And ever since I've been kind of jones-ing for more time-travel and amnesia fic. Oh crack. *g*
