Jack/John is great too. My John/James craving comes mostly from knowing that John in an interview said James was a very good kisser, right at the same time that James, in an interview, said both that John was a better kisser than Sarah Michelle Gellar, and that James had never kissed a guy before. But I don't know where either of those two were!
The only interview I've actually read is John's After Elton (http://www.afterelton.com/people/2006/5/intbarrowman.html?page=0%2C0) one, which is from his first stint on Who and is adorable.
