If you are looking for someone who follows both Borgias and (I think) Game of Thrones, I suggest selenek. She writes great reviews (I frequently read her reviews for things I don't even watch.) She gives good meta too.
Show wise I can't recommend Orphan Black highly enough. Elementary is doing something really well with it's characters - lead and secondary especially. Haven is good genre, especially once you get the first 8 or so episodes under your belt.
I rarely find myself in large fandoms these days, but I see you have plenty of recs from those who do, so you have lots of choices.
