Yeah, RDA said several times that he and Michael had the best understanding of rhythms on set. That Michael "was there to race." He's also said Michael was the best for dealing with his inability to follow a script. Much mutual admiration, methinks. A also love the great comment from CJ on the Abyss DVD commentary, where he says RDA and Michael brought out the best in each other. Something like, "Michael is the consummate professional who takes apart every beat of every line, while Rick is just an old guy who refuses to look bad." :-)
