(Aside: I nearly always hate celebrity singers doing the anthem. I feel very strongly that it isn't a song to exercise your vocal calisthenics on, you know? Adam, miraculously, walks right up to my "this is not a song for you to show off with" line and then stops short of it. Instead, it just feels... soaring.)

To everybody applicable, I hope you have a great 4th. Go grill, eat strawberry shortcake, blow things up/watch things get blown up, and above all, take a moment to thank whatever you happen to have faith in for the values we hold dear.
