Look, a meme!

From [livejournal.com profile] sparkymonster , The Very Good Taste Omnivore’s Hundred (One Hundred foods every omnivore ought to try). It's a bit like those "Hundred great books" memes, except I score way worse.

1) Copy this list into your blog or journal, including these instructions.
2) Bold all the items you’ve eaten.
3) Cross out any items that you would never consider eating.
(go to the original post for Wikipedia links if you don't know what something is)
4) italicize ones you haven't eaten but WANT TO TRY

I have no foodie cred, because I only stopped being a horribly picky eater about six years ago. Also, I hate to cook and have no money for nice restaurants- so, while I desperately want to be a foodie, it's just not happening. Also, I was raised with a strong aversion to coffee, tea, and alcohol. It's not a moral opposition (I mean, for me. It was for my parents), but I just can't shake the conditioning.
