I'm here from a rec to tell you I adore this. Your Jack-voice, the way they know each other so well and are such different people, the way all their voices are so perfect I can *hear* the dialogue. The dissection of the fight. And this:


Sam opened and closed her mouth once, at a loss without her usual line. Then she said brightly, “Guess you’ll stay and sleep it off, Daniel?”
