This was so painful to read (in a good way!) how they kept missing each others point, they couldn't quite get it right with/for each other. The postcards and messages they sent each other, the culture within the whole family of 'not talking about it', whatever 'it' happened to be at the time.

I very, *very* much enjoyed this.
