I feel weird about it sometimes- but I think at the very least that fandom, at least certain bits of fandom, are more conscious and deliberate about our consent issues than some mainstream porn? I don't know, that's what I tell myself. I think at least it's pretty safe to admit to/talk about here. Or it had better be, since I wrote that one fic (long time denied) and now it seems pointless to worry at all about showing my id on the internet.
